Are you an experienced welding engineer looking to take the next step in your career? Join Combi Engineering. We are currently looking for a dedicated Quality Control Manager / Welding Coordinator to strengthen our team in Kędzierzyn-Koźle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure high-quality welding processes within production,
- Support technical preparation of weld geometry, and production specification to fulfill requirements prior to production start-up meeting.
- Address technical welding issues and implement corrective actions,
- Develop and implement WPS and instructions.
- Oversee welder qualifications and the use of WPS and instructions.
- Prepare and maintain quality and welding documentation,
- Participate in “production start-up meetings.”
- Responsible coordination of external NDT contractor.
- Cooperate closely with the Production Department and report directly to the CEO.?
Requirements:
- International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification,
- Strong knowledge of welding standards, including EN 13445 and PED,
- NDT certification in VT and/or PT, preferable.
- Experience with technical drawings and quality documentation,
- English proficiency (B2/C1 level),
- Higher technical education,
- Driving license (category B),
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in EN ISO 3834-2, ISO 9001, AD2000 HP0, ASME code, is preferable.
